Received the sauna in good condition; shipping container was extremely sturdy. Sauna has not been assembled yet, but the components look beautiful and well made. Although it took a a long time, Rain was easy to work with and very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend and to work with again.

This is an initial review to express our immense frustration with this Sauna experience. Upon discussing the possible order, we were crystal clear that it was for a residential delivery and would need to be completely delivered and offloaded. Now, we are caught in a situation where the goods have finally arrived to the local FedEx Freight Office - nearly two months later than we were told. And, we are now being told that for the residential delivery, we need to get a forklift to unload the three containers on the pallet. Further, Rain's communication has gone from his initial manner of we are here to make things easy for you to now just throwing fine print at me that I signed off on. My dad is 81 years old. How in the world is a residential delivery supposed to be handled when we supposedly paid for it to be fully delivered. We are frustrated and would not recommend using them. We've had other items delivered on DTC - direct to customer that were large pallets and they were prepared.
